Ingredients:

  • 10 lemon grass leaves
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup lemon verbena leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • dry white wine

Place 10 lemon grass leaves finely chopped into a pot, add ½ cup of honey, 1 cup lemon verbena leaves & steep in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water, stir & leave to cool, strain & add to a 2 litre bottle, top up with dry white wine & chill.
