Someone give me genres or sub-genres of Witchcraft to start researching. I’m knowledge hungry, but have no idea what direction I want to go in.

technowitchraft, draconian witchcraft, faery witchcraft, traditional witchcraft, solar/sun witchcraft,
are few rarely seen here on tumblr to name& interesting to read about,Techno isn’t much my thing, Traditional has never really struck me as something I want to get deep into, Faery is a nope, and Sun magic already plays a part in my practice. Draconian doesn’t much fall into my interests either.
I’m such a picky ass. lol
I’m not being a downer when I note the ones I’m not interested in, I promise. It’s more for my own notes and stuff.

Yeah draconian is amazing, but it’s very hard to find info about it (really DJ Conway is NOT a good source). I tried it with great results, but since I haven’t contacted my guardian in a longer timeframe she forbid me form contacting her at all. (Dragons get offended easily. If they think you don’t deserve working with them they won’t let you near.) It’s a practice that needs to be constant, so once neglected is kind of hard to come back to the starting point. Also a lot of focus is needed.
Have you tried Intuitive Magick? I don’t see many Intuitive Magicians out there and it’s something that’s very interesting. It’s when you ask for spell instructions to appear out of nowhere or get spell instructions out of nowhere. From my experience it gives really strong results, despite spells you “get” being very simple.
Also tea magick, rune magick, green magick, elemental magick, energy work <——> those are popular, i think?

I feel like my magic is already Intuitive, honestly. I don’t usually write down anything or go by any pre-dictated set of spell ideas. I’ll get the feeling I should do a spell for something then roam around my house gathering items until I feel I’ve got all I need. I don’t pre-plan anything. Most of the time the planned spells flop while the spontaneous ones work pretty well.
I’m always wary of any magic that requires a guide/entity to work it. I’m much more comfy working on my own in magic. Even my God(s) don’t usually deal in my magic unless I’m working protection magic or call on any of them specifically.
Tea I’ve looked into somewhat, though resources seem scarce on that, runes I’ve been interested in, but I don’t really need another set of things to keep track of, Green and Elemental I have woven in already. Energy work is something I’ve glanced at and shrugged about.
I would like to read that post, actually. 🙂
