Is it acceptable to politely decline to engage in prayer before a meal when you’re a guest in someone’s home? I understand the whole “their house, their rules” but I would NEVER prevent someone from praying before a meal in my home so should I be forced to say a prayer in theirs? Has a situation like this ever come up for you? How would you handle it?
