Sometimes decisions are made that come across really shitty to other people, but quite often the reasoning behind that decision is for the benefit (whether mental, physical, or emotional) of the person making the decision. No one has to like it and no one is really owed an explanation.
on the one hand this is a joke post because lol i have never made a good post in my life, but also, if i hadn’t made the connection
between this update and my sudden nosedive in activity, i would have been really fucking discouraged about all the shit i’ve been working on lately. i guarantee there are people on tumblr right now who haven’t made that connection, and who are trying to figure out why suddenly no one likes anything they’ve made. and that fucking sucks.
Reminder to go into your settings and turn off ‘Best Stuff First’ because my activity’s tanked a couple days ago for no reason so this stuff IS happening.
You WILL miss content with that setting on.

Boooo! That was totally my answer! Uhm, I really do love all of the solstices and equinoxes for different reasons. I don’t celebrate the full Wheel as most of the holidays really don’t hold much meaning for me aside from Samhain. Spring for its new growth and proximity to my birthday, Summer for its joy and shift in the energy of the year, Autumnal because let’s face it I love Fall dearly, and Winter for religious reasons and the shift back towards the warmer months. ^_^
