Actually the person in the first gif, Stalking Cat was a computer programmer before his passing. The man in the second gif, Erik Sprague holds a bachelors degree in philosophy and was a Ph. D candidate, he has performed in many successful side shows as well as many public performances in television shows and hosting Jagermister music tours. The woman in the third gif, Maria Jose Cristerna, is a mother of four and a former successful lawyer who started her transformation after getting out of an abusive relationship. And finally, Rick Genest, who has been in many sideshows, is a fashion model, has been in commercials, and has been in a Lady Gaga music video. 

They’re very successful people, and they’re happy with the choices they’ve made to their bodies.
