*shuffles tarot cards* okay time to get dragged
The rage you feel? Listen to me carefully. It’s a gift. Use it, but don’t let anyone see it.
I want to make posts about witchcraft because I’m a witch *damn it*, but my witchcraft is so haphazard and spoonie and really what’s the point
The raven boys and the mortal instruments?
The Raven Boys: If you could find out when you die, would you want to know?
~ Nah, I’m good with coming to terms with the fact that all life must come to an end and therefore you should live life to the fullest and do what you love for as long as you have.
The Mortal Instruments: Would you rather be a shadowhunter, warlock, werewolf or vampire?
~ Well, I’m already a witch… I’m good with that. 😁
Thank you for asking!
Dawg this voice over is hilarious 😂😂
😂😂😂
“I am pescatarian I have no choice”
“You are talking about currents but you are currently just talking” I’m pressing charges against the whole of Nigeria

Types of “restless” dead, relatively active ghosts likely to manifest themselves (and convenient for magical exploitation):
1. Aoroi (from αωροσ, untimely): “those dead before their time.” Those cheated of their full stint of life bitterly stayed back to haunt the land of the living of which they had been deprived. In theory anyone who died of anything other than of natural causes in old age could generate a ghost restless qua aoros, although as a class aoroi tended to be conceptualized primarily as the ghosts of children or babies.
2. Bi(ai)othanatoi (from βιαιος and θανατος, violent and death): “those dead by violence.” The battle-dead and executed criminals, although murder victims and suicides provide the bitterest ghosts in this class.
3. Agamoi (from αγαμος, unmarried): “those dead before marriage.” Both male and female ghosts could be assigned this category, although the female ones were regarded as particularly bitter, insofar as marriage and the motherhood consequent upon it were a woman’s defining rights in antiquity.
4. Ataphoi (from αταφος, unburied): “those deprived of burial.” Whatever the circumstances of death, a ghost could not achieve rest without the due funeral rights. These were importantly distinct from the mere insertion of the corpse into a hole in the ground, and indeed the concealment of a dead body in precisely this way is often presented as the chief obstacle to the peace of its soul.[Daniel Ogden, Magic, Witchcraft, and Ghosts in the Greek and Roman Worlds]

Hello everyone! As promised, I am here with a new 30-day challenge. It’s focused on introspection and geared towards self-exploration. But wait, there’s more! It’s designed for witches who are just starting out in their exploration of witchcraft.
You can do this challenge regardless of your length of time practicing, but it’s likely to be most useful for people who still feel that they’re just getting started. I wanted to create this so that witches could answer it as they begin their Craft, then (hopefully) look back on it later and see how (and if) things have changed because of their magical work!
it would be really great if those of you doing this would tag the posts with #rootsofcraft so I and other witches can read the responses easily, compare, and learn more about how diverse our community can be. As noted, I designed this to be highly introspective, and I do hope the questions inspire a lot of thought!
In a few days, once I’ve typed it up, I’ll be posting a second challenge, called Fruits of Your Craft, designed for those who consider themselves more experienced witches.
Neither of these are really confined to any skill level or number of years/months spent practicing; it’s just a matter of how you, personally, feel about yourself. Do you feel that you’re beginning, or more experienced? So, feel free to do this, or the next one, based on that rather than the amount of time spent.
Enjoy, and I look forward to reading responses to the questions!

Taking a Different Approach with Tarot
Nothing the cards say are permanent. If you ask them a question, the outcome can be different as a result of your actions and it can disappoint you. This is how you should phrase your questions:
Don’t ask: “Will I pass this test?” Instead ask: “What can I do to pass this test?”
Don’t ask: “Does x have a crush on me?” Instead ask: “What can I do to help x like me more?”
Instead of seeking an answer to something, seek advice on how to get the outcome you desire.
