Hi. What advice would you give to someone who wanted to contact the spirit of someone they had lost? What options are there? and also, do you think the fact that they haven’t had contact/been to the grave for a long time, or at all, has an effect on whether or not they can contact them? Complex – I know :)

I will start off by saying that I don’t dwell much in spirit contact or spirit work. I have rarely ever attempted to contact a family member’s spirit.
