I keep having dreams of an old ex and it’s kinda out of the blue. Lately I’ve been having nightmares and my dreamcatchers and gemstones don’t work. But not my ex has been in every dream for a week straight and it sort of makes me feel bad and a little uncomfortable since I’m with someone now… What should I do? Or what does this mean??

Do you know a spell that would help someone keep friends ? Or at least one to quell anxiety about bothering them? I’ve made some friends in other countries recently and I worry that I bother them since I usually text them 1st but i’m also worried that if I think like that too much, my thoughts will put it into action and I’ll wind up causing the thing im worried ya know? A friend of mine has started telling me about the Law of Attraction, and in that respect your worrying over it can cause your outward actions to reflect your anxiety.
