I can’t seem to ground myself at all. I also find that I can’t visualize things easily, like when a spell or ritual calls for me to “visualize yourself holding a ball of white light” or something. What can I do about this? Do I need to ground myself? A few people have told me that I can’t even create/use sigils until I can ground myself and I never seem to be able to do it at all…

Visualization isn’t my strong point either, honestly. Grounding and Visualization are things that, like most things, take time and practice. It’s never a lost cause, nonny. It just may take a lot of time to develop the intuitive muscle you need to pick up on things. Just be patient and keep trying! ❤

So I want nothing more than to connect and talk with my Deities, but I’m having trouble getting started.
