Hello was wondering which deities are ok to ask for writing about is it just Celtic or is Greek ok too? :)

I have connections in multiple pantheons, so I don’t really limit which can be asked. This may be a lazy answer, but I don’t really have favorite pagan related texts. I haven’t taken time to read the classic Epics and stories from ages past. Hi, I don’t know if you still answer these kind of questions but I’ve found different ways of anoint a candle and I’m not sure, at this point, if the method I’m using is correct. I rub the oils between my index and thumb and then I go from the top of the candle to the middle and from the bottom to the middle to attract and from the middle to top/bottom to banish. As I do this I say my intent outloud. Is this actually correct (dumb question, sorry)? what’s your way to anoint candles? thank you!

I, actually, don’t anoint candles very often if ever. Does your way work for you? Is it effective for your spells and such? If the answer is yes to either/both of these I see no reason to worry with what I the right or wrong way to do it.
