Do you have any advice, tips, tricks, or spells on how someone can gain more confidence? I am just so emotionally exhausted and frustrated with myself. I am almost always on edge. I feel like I am constantly battling to even feel comfortable..

I keep having dreams of an old ex and it’s kinda out of the blue. Lately I’ve been having nightmares and my dreamcatchers and gemstones don’t work. But not my ex has been in every dream for a week straight and it sort of makes me feel bad and a little uncomfortable since I’m with someone now… What should I do? Or what does this mean??
