For the-pigeon-king –I’ve heard Aphrodite is pretty great for trans folk – at least trans women, but I get the vibe she’s pretty darn supportive of all genders. She’s so much about self-love and self-care that I feel she might be very supportive to any trans person. (lilislovesongs has great ideas/advice about Aphrodite here on tumblr. I love her blog!)

Charge of the Horned God~

earthp0wer: Hear ye the words of Cernunnos, the voice of the Horned One, He whose names are un-numbered: I am the wild hunter of the forest deep, And I am the fire upon the hill, And I am the sower of the seed, And the tiller of the soil of the earth. And I amContinue reading “Charge of the Horned God~”

Do you have any tips on bonding with Cernunnos, by chance? If so, thanks for helping ^^

My best advice for bonding with any deity is to do what you feel. I find my most treasured bonding moments by simply finding a quiet space and talking. It may seem to some that I’m only talking to myself, but you’d be surprised what comes to the surface once you get over feeling foolish.  GiveContinue reading “Do you have any tips on bonding with Cernunnos, by chance? shipping-the-gods: Can I approach a specific deity without them calling to me first? How do I introduce myself to a deity? Is there a good way to do it? How can I connect to a god/goddess that I am beginning to worship? How do I know if a deity is trying to get my attention,Continue reading “in regards to the last ask: how do you know that a god wants you to worship them? can you choose one for yourself?”

the-day-of-the-witch: Horned deer have been connected with magic and the Gods since the earliest of times. Antlered human forms are to be found in cave paintings and religious icons around the world. Gods have been depicted or associated with stag from the Inuit to the Inca. Probably the best known forms today are Cernunnos andContinue reading “STAG LORD”

sorry if you’re not a Wiccan, but if you are can you please tell me how to actually start worshiping deities? and how to chose the right ones? and can I pick and chose from Greek mythology and Celtic etc. and also be a draconian Wiccan? many thanks! xx

I’m not Wiccan, nonny. I’m an eclectic pagan and a witch. Those things are separate for me. I didn’t pick any of the deities I work with. They made themselves apparent to me after a lot time and a lot of looking into signs. I don’t deal in Wicca at all, so I’m not oneContinue reading “sorry if you’re not a Wiccan, but if you are can you please tell me how to actually start worshiping deities? and how to chose the right ones? and can I pick and chose from Greek mythology and Celtic etc. and also be a draconian Wiccan? many thanks! xx”

Methods to Bond with Deities

Research: Reading lore, studying history and focusing on how others have bonded in the past can deepen your own bond. Offerings: Leaving gifts or foods you’ve made or cooked shows passion and effort that many deities seem to appreciate. Divination: Using tarot cards or pendulums or writing or dreaming can be way to interpret deities.Continue reading “Methods to Bond with Deities”

Choose one of your gods and tell me any insect associations you might have with them.

onyxmade: whendeathfellforlife: royalfrostdragon: Persephone and butterflies.  I mean transformation is kind of the butterfly bread and butter. From Kore to Persephone. From caterpillar to butterfly. (Not that I’m calling Kore a caterpiller but metaphorically or whatever). Also butterflies are kind of hardcore. They look all pretty and cute but they eat dead things.  As aContinue reading “Choose one of your gods and tell me any insect associations you might have with them.”
