What do you know about shielding? I am bad at grounding, and though I can raise energy it drains me, so I am not sure how to make a shield that will last.

This will probably sound pretty stupid, considering I’m an Empath, but I really don’t know a whole lot. Sometimes I manage string shields just by remembering to pour some energy into them, and sometimes they aren’t there and I get bombarded with emotions. It sucks, actually.
