Hi Kate, What in your opinion would be the best herbs to make tea with to help aid sleep. I suffer from REM Sleep Disorder and although I take medication for it it doesn’t account for the sleepless nights. I want to look at herbal remedies before resorting to chemical/drugs from doctors. First off, always consult with a doctor before starting any herbal regimen. The most common herbs for sleep are Chamomile, Lavender, Valerian (I have no experience with this herb).  Meditating to calm your mind can be of help as well.
