Hi Kate, What in your opinion would be the best herbs to make tea with to help aid sleep. I suffer from REM Sleep Disorder and although I take medication for it it doesn’t account for the sleepless nights. I want to look at herbal remedies before resorting to chemical/drugs from doctors.
