Because I guess I’m just in a witchy question mood: a question about tarot decks. I want to make one for a friend since I haven’t been able to find any in my area and I’m hesitant to buy it online. Are their any rules I should be aware of as I make it? And also does making it from scratch make it less effective? I’ve never been good with that field of magic myself…
